Is there anything else apart 4rm crunches dat can help maintaine a nice tummy. Iwant 2 lose weight and the extra belly fat by end of july, but sunce im goin 2 a party in 2 weeks im concentratin on my tum. Any suggestions?? Please Help. Please xoxoxoxoxoxoxox Thanks every1 and good luck.

Make sure you stretch your stomach after doing them, though, or your stomach will get really tight, and you will start to slouch (for real!!! LOL) Also, the day of the party, drink lots of lemonade. Though it is very sugary, it makes your stomach tight and it will keep it that way for about 4 hours/2 glasses
