K guys..heres a really good smoothie recipe i made up..Add about 1 a cup of crushed ice to 4-6 strawberries, 1 banana, and a bluberries to taste. Blend together and add a teaspoon of cranberry juice (can be substituted by any other kind of fruit juice)and a teaspoon and a half of applesauce. Blend for 5 seconds and there you go! Its really good and doesn't have too many calories (so if you have a craving for something sweet, this is great for that) in it! Hope you like it!
