Omgsh guys, I gained like 4 lbs! I've been doing pretty good with eating (except for last night and this morning....I had friends over so I splurged) and I have done Taebo everday this week. Is what I gained muscle? And if so how do I lose the fat? I'm 175 now, even worse then when I started my "new lifestyle". Plz tell me whats goin on!

Don't listen to Hollie..she probably weighs more than you..anyways..don't worry about the 4 pounds..its either water weight or its muscle. But if its muscle, thats good because the muscle burns fat...remember that lol. Good luck getting to your goal weight! Don't give up!
