Ok, I know I posted down there but I gained 4 lbs and I don't know if its cuz I ate bad or if its muscle. (I'm doing Taebo everyday this week.) And every once in awhile I do splurge but I dont understand why I gained. I did REALLY bad today that was my only really bad day. Anyways, I have 30 lbs to loose and I gained 4 lbs in my second week and I am SOOOO discouraged. Ok, just wanted to vent for awhile. Thank you!

Leena, don't put yourself down!
Being that you said you're doing Taebo every day of the week, it's most likely muscle!
However, if you've been depriving your body from the calories it needs, along with that exercise, then it's possible you did gain all that weight.
When you don't eat 2000 calories, that's the normal amount of calories you need for your body to function properly, it goes into a starvation mode. What happens is is that eventually you'll binge, or splurge. Which is indeed, normal. But, however, you eat bigger portions and your calorie intake goes back up to normal. Yet your body tends to suck all the sugar, and salt, etc out of the food you eat because it's already been deprived once. And since you have it in this starvation mode, to your body, it doesn't know if it's going to get anymore nutrition. So, yes, if you didn't eat all the calories you need for your body to function correctly, it's possible you gained those 4lbs. Just keep in mind to NOT get discouraged and eat a bit more, if the above contains to you. (:

then it's probably you're gaining muscle... if your pants are looser than it's muscle but if they're tighter than you're gaining weight

did you start your period? did you weigh yourself at different times of the day?
