Hey everyone! Well how does this sound so far?
Breakfast-1 bowl of special K w/ blueberries [200 cals]
Lunch-Yogurt and all fruit smoothie (fruit and ice) [140 cals]
Snack-Carrots (and if i'm still hungry, im gonna have another fruit)
Dinner-2 small pieces of pizza (w/ greese dapped off) and a big salad w/ light dressing. So how did i do? Tips welcome! (Also, im going to do walk away the pounds for 20 minutes, and then a stair climbing thing for 20-30)
