i am doing a two week diet to loose weight for my vacation- we leave july 2nd- i am so excited to go and i have already lost 3 pounds

yup- i usually have bacon and eggs for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch, another kind of meat, fish, shrimp, etc for dinner, and for dessert jello. for a snack i usually have tick tacks, porkrinds or string cheese. also, dont drink anything with carbs in it. I usually have crystal light drinks, diet sodas, or water.

wow that's great! Thank you so much..i look forward to trying it out. :) so basically absolutely no foods besides: cheese, meat, eggs, fish? (+pork rinds/tic tacs/jello)

i have been doing the diet on and off for about 6 months now- i usually do it for two weeks then have a week break and start over again. i usually gain back about a pound or so but i overindulge alot (oops..lol) but to answer your question i did notice a fat reduction and the diet was given to me by my personal trainer so i know its healthy and he said the weight loss is from fat reserves in your stomach, thighs, etc.

i eat nothing but meat, eggs, cheese, fish, pork rinds, jello and tick tacks for something sweet. these items are all carb-free-low carb. by eating these items, your body takes energy from you fat reserves and eats away at them causing you to loose weight. after the first three days, you will notice that you have already lost some weight

good luck my love!! I am in the same situation u are!! I am goin on vacation in like 2 weeks and a half...so that'd just the kinda diet im lookin for. :P what do u do on it?
