Ok, I posted yesterday about getting muscle in my stomach but wanting to get rid of the fat. And almost all of them said cardio and I do Taebo everyday....is that enough cardio? Just wondering. Thanx!

if you're not getting rid of the fat.. then obviously it's not enough cardio. spot training doesn't really work very well to loose weight.. it's better for gaining muscle.

running works with that too...try losing some fat by eating less and healthier first tho so you arent just building muscle over fat cuz that makes your waist seem bigger around!
