Hey everyone I need to lose 5 pounds in two weeks I eat healthy and everything and exercise but I dont lose weight!! does anyone have any tips ? and I was wondering what is taebo and does it work? please give me some tips!! thanks

I love Tae Bo! I did Pilates and got bored with it. It just depends on you. And I have been doing Tae Bo for 5 days and have gained some major muscle.

taebo is a good cardio work out but something like pillates works faster for me at least!! drink a bottle of water b4 you eat then more after your done and try going for a few long walks and you COULD lose that weight inna week if you eat healthy depending on your body type...good luck!
