Hey does anyone know a site which shows you how much you're supposed to weight according to you age/height? I really need it. Thanks!
Oh and i found this article somewere and i think it's very interesting so i will share it.
"Hi everybody. Hope your day is going great. I wanted to share something with you all about water. I read an article that said that water is the absolute most important thing to lose weight because you kidneys need water to function and if they don't get enough water the liver has to help out the kidneys. The job of the liver is to help your body use up stored fat and if the liver can't work 100% because it is doing the kidneys job, your body will store more fat then it is supposed too. It said that you are to drink 8 cups of water a day and an overweight person should drink 1 cup more for every 25 pounds they are overweight. So if you are 75 pounds overweight you should be drinking 11 CUPS OF WATER A DAY in order for your body to work properly. I thought this was very good motivation for me because water is the best dieting tool out there and it is inexpensive ( better than all those procedures that cost you thousands of dollars) and it is all natural. I tried it for a week and I feel the best that I ever had because all the toxins in your body will be flushed out ( along with excess fat) Give it a try and let me know how it works out."

Hi Stephanie! I've seen a site briefly, you type down your weight and height and age and gender and they'll tell you the weight that almost everyone wants in your case but so sorry I don't remember the site's name. You said that if I'm overweight by 25pounds then I should drink a cup more = 9 cups of water, then what happens if your healthy? Still 8 cups? No discount?
