Ok...I want to loose weight so bad, I exercise alomost every day i dont eat fast food no fried stuff or anyhting i cook all my own food except when i go out to eat then i get a salad.. what am i doing wrong, summer just started and i am not going back to school looking the way i do..Please help me my weight issue is making me depressed..

ok, i just got this book called, " The diet for teenagers only." By Carrie Wiatt and Barbara Schroeder. You don't have to give up on the foods you love. you just watch your serving sizes, and how much you eat. You need 1400-2000 calorie's a day, depending on your BMI. You should really get this book! Hope i can help!
