Okay I'm trying to loose 3 or 4 lbs in 4 days. If i drink 8 cups of water a day. Go on the eliptical for 30 min everyday. Eat only 3 very healthy meals a day. And rise my bike with high geer for a half hour everyday. Will I loose 3 or 4 lbs?
