HEY EVERYONE I JUST WANT TO GIVE SOME PPL MY AGE SOME INSPERATION... AT THE BEGGINING OF THIS MONTH I WHEIGHED 190-194 LAST WEEK I WEIGHT 180-185 TODAY I WHEIGHT 178 LBS!!!! IM SOOOO PROUD OF MYSELF! THEE ARE ABOUT 2 MORE MONTHS TO GO BACK TO SCOOL AND I REALLY WANT TO BE SKINNY BY THEN. YESTERDAY I ATE ABOUT 750 CALORIES.. I DIDNT EAT MUCH AT ALL LAST WEEKI FILLED MY SELF UP WITH WATER AND IF I FELT LIKE EATING I WOULD EAT ICE... WHEN I GOT REALLY HUNGRY I HAD 1 PIECE OF TOAST OR SOMTHING. THEN I WAS HAVE A REALLY BAD CRAVING FOR SOMTHING SWEET LIKE CANDY SO I GOT HTIS CANDY BAR CALLED BIT-O-HONEY ITS REALLY GOOD BUT ITS NOT CHOCOLATE. AND WHEN I CAME HOME I HAD HALF A CUP OF RICE. OH AND ONE REALLY IMPORTANT THING!!!!!!!! DO NOT FORGET TO EXCERSISE!!!!!!
I DO 1 HOUR FO EXCERSISE EACH DAY. FIRST 40 MINS OF ALL OUT SWEATING ( ONE TIP IF U THINK THAT IF YOU WORKOUT IN A REALLY HOT PLACE THAT U ARE GONNA LOSE MORE WHEIGHT ITS NOT TRUE!!!! WHEN U SWEAT BECAUSE YOUR HOT YOUR JUST LOSING WATER NOT FAT WHEN U WORKOUT TO SWEAT U LOSE FAT.) IM 5'7 AND 178 LBS AND MY GOAL IS 125LBS THANX AND GOODLUCK TO YOU!!!!!1
