Does eating breakfast kickstart your metabolism? Or is it ok if I dont eat until around 3 and I wake up at 12 every morning?

Whether its a piece of toast, fruit, or a bowl of cereal, you should still eat something. If you are gonna wake up at that time everyday, I suggest shifting all your meals down. So you would be having breakfast at around noon, "lunch" at 4-5 PM and then another meal later in the evening. Even if you are waking up late, you still shouldn't skip meals.
