hi everyone, im sure no one remembers me, but I used to post on here a few years ago. Back then I was 13, and I weighed about 180, now I weigh 142 (as of 5 seconds ago) and im 5'7", I wear a size 8 (sometiems 6) in womens and about a 9 in juniors. People complement me on how great I look, and how i've lost weight, but im not sure if its good enough for me. I wish that I could fit into a 7 and have NO LOVE HANDLES sticking out (trust me , i do) but then I think, once I get to a size 7, will I want to be a 5? Sometimes ill look in the mirror and think "im pretty skinny now" but other times, I still see myself as fat. I just dont want to be that fat girl anymore. I dont know if I should continue to work at it, or just kinda do regular daily exercaises, and continue to eat less, hoping ill stay the same size. I need advice
Reply from helen, Age 15 - 06/26/05 - IP#: 68.217.2.xxx no matter how skinny you are your always going to want better because thats the way it is once your happy with one thing you want something else just remember stop when you are comfortable with your self but dont over do it and you probably will want to go down to a five after a seven and then when you hit the five you will be like i can do that three no problem!

If you want to go down in SIZE, you need to do muscle toning exercising, to build muscle, which will also help you lose fat. You also sound like you have negative body image. We all do sometimes, you just need to believe you are a good, beautiful person. Buy a self-help book or find a motto you can repeat to yourself when you are feeling down, and your self-esteem will be better.
