what if i work out first thing in the morning? then do i not need breakfast since i already got a metabolism boost:? if i work out and then dont eat til lunch and hten just have a lunch and dinner of 500 cals each then a 200 cal snack that is 1200 cals. Good or baD"? if it works y not?!

Reply from Camille, Age 17 - 06/26/05 - IP#: 70.81.187.xxx No way. You need breakfast no matter what, and ESPECIALLY if you work out in the morning. Don't skip any meals. I would follow what you said (2 500cal meals, 1 200cal snack) but also add a 200-300cal breakfast. Anything lower and you will get tired, groggy, and your metabolism will slow down.
