hey i lost 3 pounds since june 20th all i have been doing is walking three miles a day and eating only 2 miles a day it works for me!!!!

thats good im not sure about the eating thing...how many calories does it add up to? if its too little your not really helping yourself but if this works for you and its an appropriate amount of calories your FINE !
