is it possible to lose 5 lbs in 2 weeks? whats the best tae-bo video for a beginner? besides tae-bo, what are some great cardio workouts?

As long as you do it the healthy way (which im sure you'd do) you should be fine! Good luck! Oh and about tae-bo, i have know idea because ive never tried it but some great cardio work-outs are things like walk away the pounds, rebok (sp?) step arobics, and things like buns of steel arobics are good ones.
