I need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks does anybody have any suggestions for exercises?? I am not sure what exercises to do for belly fat?? if you have any suggestions I will be thankfull !!
Reply from Tara, Age 16 - 06/29/05 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx I once lost 10 lbs. in a week. I was so shocked. U can lose 10lbs. in 2 weeks, trust me. What I had was Fruit in the morning. If u eat enuff fruit, like say a big fruit salad, it will fill u up. For lunch I would have either tuna or turkey on whole wheat bread filled with lettuce and tomatoes, then for dinner, I would have a biiig salad with lots of veggies. This is healthy for u,and u are eating 3x a day. Drink water, or diet soda, and try to exercise like 4-5x a week. I promise it should work. Good luck xoxoxo
