will this help me lose weight? im so addicted to this routine, i know some things are BETTER, but is this OK and do you think it will work??.....in the morning i have breakfast , around 400 cals ( yogurt, kashi, and fat free cool whip makes a great breakfast parfait) then i go to the gym do 30 minutes on the eliptical or osmething of cardio, then arms / legs alternate days..4-5 days a week, then i come home, then ihave like 200 cals worth of gum a day to keep me from snacking, and then around 4 or 5 i have a 600 cal dinner, so 1200 cals, but i also drink a ton of diet pop , which has worked to control my cravings. who thinks i will lose weight this way?

it sounds good but u should put an apple or something else in there besides gum because gum plus pop thats way to much sugar for ur heart u can still drink pop just not a lot more water will help u much more if the craving starts up try having a half a galss of pop if thats what helps u

o0o yeah try not to have so much pop its bad for you weither it be diet or normal they are both not good... if your gunna have pop just have pop cause they are about the same so as the other person said try to drink lots of water maybe try tea or vitamin drinks like fruit20 water stuff or propel they are good for you and taste great

food helps you loose weight to not only make you gain.. the right foods help you lose weight so stop eating the way you are and your doing fine except try not to eat quite so much in the morning maybe try to spread it out so your metabolism can brake down those foods well good luck i think youll do great

you are not eating enough! instead of eating the gum you should have something proper to eat for lunch and eat sugar free gum to stop cravings. also you should try to drink water instead of diet fizzy drinks because its much better for you and it fills you up if you drink enough. also your periods have pobably stopped as a result of losing too much weight if you have lost some already or it could be from too much exercise as ive heard this can stop them and no it is not possible to get pregnant if your periods have stopped thats why some people who used to have anorexia cant have children because their periods stopped when they lost too much weight! hope that helps x
