While you're sitting down in front of the television or computer, clench your butt muscles so you get a tight, prickly feeling. Hold it for ten seconds, and let it go. Take a five second break, do it again. DO this twenty times a day, and you'll see bum-tastic results!

You could swim, walk, run, ride your bike, do a workout video for cardio. Do push ups, crunches, streching, etc. for toning. Rach*
