Do crunches help lower abs too? Because when I do them, I can only feel it in my upper abs but my lower abs REALLY need alot of toning...so if crunches don't help lower abs, is there another exercise that does? thank you! :)

do leg lifters (its where you keep your feet off the ground laying down about to where you could just fit a football inbetween your feet and the grownd)

Another easy thing for lower abs is instead of bending ur knees when u crunch have ur whole body lay flat and do crunches that way, Trust me u'll feel it!

You can do "six inches." Lay on the floor on your back and raise your feet about 6 inches off the ground and try to hold for a minute at a time. Make sure that you are only 6 inches, and not more because otherwise it'll be too easy. Rach*
