hey guys im new here...im 14 adn i weigh 178 pounds is tht a lot?? i do really nothin durin the day...i sit on the computer...but i hink runnin and excersin is too much work...and if u looked at me thn u would think tht i was 200 pounds...its all flub...wen i try to do crunches i can't really go up and it hurts...please help me...

The adverage weight for a 14 year old is 129 pounds. I read it in Teen People. It all depends on your height and build though. Good luck with weight losing!

hey the first thing that you have to do is just loose weight by eating right and exersize will become esier .. biking is a great exersize and so is lap swimming maybe you could try those and eat right and instead of staying outside all dayu maybe play catch or do something easy outside because doing little active things that are easy make a difference if you need more help just emaio me at hilbil1912@hotmail.com
