Oh yeah i ahve good exercising tips for yah! Do the bicycle 10 times- lie on your back, bend knees, have your hands holding you head, then lift your head and bring your knees, one at a time, to the opposite elbow
That works your stomach.
Also, this one works your abs, chest, thighs, triceps, and shoulders-lie on your back w.knees bent feet on the groun and you arms stretched out to the sides (with weights, if u dont have any do w/o anything, then do a regular sit up as you straighten your right leg reaching arms aaround the leg, return to strating position then repeat on left leg. do 3 sets of these (10 each set)

I'm not much of a cook (your talking to the girl who burnt noodles!!) but one thing I can say is FRUIT!! It's delicious and nutricious. They're high in vitamins. Want a good workout? Do V-lifts. Lay on a yoga-mat or soft surface, flat, with your arms at your sides. Using your stomach muscles, lift your upper body and legs in unison. Hold it for 5-20 seconds, and lower slowly - DON'T flop! You could also try "advanced" situps, where instead of just going up and down, you go up and to the left, touching your left elbow to your right knee, then vice versa. Always make the down slow, because that really works your stomach muscles.
