Here's what I ate today, please let me know how I did.
Breakfast- Poptart w/ a little butter, cup of milk. Lunch- Bean burrito, water bottle. Snack- cheese & crackers. Dinner- Regular Sized Veggie Sub from Quizno's, cup of water. Dessert- sherbert ice cream, spoonfull of chocolate ice cream.

That is okay. You need to make sure you have fruit, protien dairy and grains. For breakfast you could ahve cereal with milk and blueberries, lunch- roast turkey sandwich with mustard and cheese stick with 1 orange, and for dinner have grilled chicken, salad with salad dressing and milk..if you need a snack you should have veggies like carrots and dip

Well, poptarts arn't that healthy u should have like fat free waffles they are very good especially the eggo one. i can eat 5 waffles for the amount of fat a poptart has in it. and regular milk is ok but still fatning maybe u should try like 2% but it ok if ur not eating that much of it but ur loose weight faster if u eat heathier foods.

You did good! However, by just telling us the things you ate isn't descriptive enough. How much did you eat of these? Also, are you sure your getting all your daily nutrients and minerals? If not, you should get vitamins for that.
