Help me!!!! I'm lost a lot of weight going from 165 to 143. Last week I gained 2 pounds, but I didn't freak out about it. This week, however, I gained ANOTHER 3 pounds!! WHAT'S GOING ON? The strangest thing is I exercize every single day I don't eat more then 1500 calories. Everyday I lift weights for about an hour, run a mile, and bike for 20 minutes. I need to get back on track and loose these vanity pounds before my vacation in 2 weeks!

weights and running giv u muscles which weigh more then fat

Also.....lifting weights give you muscles and if you get mucle they weigh more.....

maybe you should weigh yourself more often. it could be water weight, or your scale going crazy if its a digital scale (when i weigh myself, my scale goes from 238 lbs to 232.5 and back again in 3 minutes, so don't trust those)
