Hey, I'm confused. I went from 154.5 to 149.5, but now i cant lose anymore weight! It may be I have to high of expectations, ive only been dieting for less than a week. The above isnt ALL water weight because i've lost an inch also. Is there anyway i can trick my body into losing more weight? Maybe eating more one day and eating less the next? thanx

maybe it's the dreaded plateau... are you exercising? If you are, keep doing it and stick to it, try doing weights also to increase your metabolism...or maybe yoga.
