okay you guys...I am on a diet for three days....you suppose to lose 10 pounds in three days and 40 pounds in a month...if you want the diet e-mail me at sarabeara2340@aol.com and just tell me if you would like the e-mail...then i will send it to you....I am on it right now fir the first day....my grandma tried it and she lost 10 pounds in three days!!!!

thats soooooo not safe and soooooo not gunna work...tht diet is really unhealthy
