Tell me how I've done so far guys! For breakfast I ate a whole wheat bagel (100 calories) with fat free cream cheese spread on each side. Then I got hungry a little later, so I had a few all natural veggie chips. Then I ate for lunch a subway turkey salad with low-cal ranch dressing, shredded cheese, tomatoe, pickles, olives, tomatos, and cucumbers. I a also had a diet coke. Tonight I'm going out to eat, and I plan on getting salad bar so I don't overdo it on calories. The subway girl made my salad really big, and I ate most of it. So, I plan on eatting a smaller salad tonight with a glass of water. I'd appriciate it if you told me how I've done!
