carlyn im sorry but there right thats stupid and i dought its workin 4 ya becuz u must feel sick like all the time and really dizzy like ur bout ready to faint so that dosent sound fun to me or like its workin for ya

UHG! I totally agree! That is a basic anorexic diet there and i totally think it is so stupid! There is no point in going through the misery of being hungry if you gain all the weight back plus more!!
