hey guys...i want to lose 45 pounds but i have a food problem....i eat a lot like today for instance....breakfast- luck charms with chocolate milk....lunch- slice of pizza, chips, and soad...i just ate a cookie and yogurt, we r havin pasta for dinner and alomost every night i have a bowl of icecream with an icecream sandwich sprinkeled over it...wenwver im at a friends house i crave for food and i am constantly eatin im always hungry nad i overeat but i beleive i have a large stomach cuz i eat a lot and im till hungry so i eat and eat until im full but then 30 minutes later i eat again ....help!!

Hey i was totally the same way i know how you feel i lost 42 lbs but i still want to lose alot more. instead of having lucky charns for breakfast u should try special K waffle made by eggo they are really good with lite syrup. and for a sandwich on lite bread and i love fat free pringles they are really good instead of regular chips. and i learned to like whole weath pasta it has alot of fiber in it that good for u. and after dinner u should try frozen yougurt ice cream it really taste no differnt or fat free ice cream. well take it day by day! instead of lucky charms with CHOC. milk, try half a bagel, fruit, and WHITE milk. For lunch have a sandwich or salad for dinner
