carlyn, its not making you lose 10 lbs in 3 days ive done it many times. Let me tell you something.... i have been anorexic and even then losing 10 lbs in 3 days was imposible. Now dont tell me that you can lose 10lbs in 3 days because i have tried it ok?

ummm i lost 8 pounds not 10 and i also did a lot of exercise so dont tell me it doesnt work i know other people who it has worked for anyway
