i weigh 175 lbs. at 5' 3'' and i want to lose weight. no matter what i try it doesn't work also i get constantly hungry when stressed and i'm stressed a lot pleaz help

Hey Victoria,
I know the feeling, trust me im 5'4 and i weight 155...and when I was younger I use to weigh 220lbs.And i still concider myself fat b/c i really think i am. but what I did was i started eating less and i drink lots of water. i stay away from fast food and i eat 3 small portion a day. and I also started running and playing hockey and pilates. another good way to burn calories is dancing, that burns alot of calories...and remember to not stress out alot b/c that makes you gain weight.

try chewing sugar-free gum, it curbs the hunger and it seems like ur munching on something while youre only taking in a few calories
