i know i just posted, but i have a REALLY tasty high-protein snack.
take 1/2 (or a whole if your hungry) flour tortilla.
spread low-fat peanut butter on half of your tortilla.
fold it over, and presto! tasty, filling snack!

well yeah, that would be lower cals, but the whole point is for protein!!!

I think that maybe you shouldn't use peanutbutter but some low fat jam on you tortilla!!
