My eating for today: B: milk and 2 spoons of tuna salad. L: Protein bar, half a papaya, a banana. S: an apple. D: rice, fish and veggies. Exercise: 4 miles of walking. I've decided I'm going to start over fresh. I feel great!!! ^.^ KARINE ^.^

oh wait i forgot to add in the protein bar those have carbs so just forget what i said down there and you are doing great just add in some muscle challenging excersizes like crunches and things

good for you although where are your carbs????? or are you on the atkins? because you will be able to keep up with that excersize program but if you start feeling kind of drained of energy eat some healthy carbs like rice which you ate for dinner ...but yeah i think you needa few more..
