i know running can really strip the extre fat off but i hae it because it makes my throat fell dry and it makes me get out of breath even when i'm not tired so i have to stop. does anyone have suggestion's on how to like running and be able to do it without stopping and pain. thanx

breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and while your adjusting to that get a steady rythm going like in in out in in out it helps A LOT and especially with the sore throat thingy...also drink lots of water and STRETCH before and after you run because if you dont you can mess your self up...i found out the hard way i cant run until im done with physical therapy! so keep up the good work and STRETCH!!!

I like to drink lots of water all through the day and that keeps me hydrated which helps from getting side cramps and stuff and might help the dryness. Also, try breathing through your nose and keeping steady breaths. It gets hard when your way into running and your breating gets harder, but try to concentrate on it.
