Hello! Today i didn't eat breakfast, but for lunch I had some honey dew melon and a slice of rye bread with like, a 1/4th cup of noodle koogle. All together thats about 400 calories at most. For dinner I'm only eating veggies so i don't exceed 500 calories. At 8 I'm going for a nice long bike ride, so atleast 200 of those calories should be burned off. I've also drinken lots of water. Yay or Nay?

try and eat breakfast if you woke up at noon then have 'breakfast' then and 'lunch' when you have dinner and around 8-10 at night have dinner it'll work it'll just be like living in another part of the country where there several hours behind

Not eating breakfast actually makes u gain weight because ur body is put into starvation mood...EAT BREAKFAST!!! LIk ea banana or sumthing else small!! I would say ur definitly not eating enough calories and that wont make u lost weight but actually gain it!! Eat 1200 calories a day........take my advice! I've lost 17 pounds by only eating 1200 calories a day in 3 MONTHS!!! Good LUCK!

Make sure you get enough protein. And DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST
