coud the 300 cals worth of gum i have a day be putting a dent in my weight loss?? what if ionlly have like 1300 cals a day though and 300 are from gum? i eat lots of healthy stuff its just that and it keeps me from eating bad stuff but could it keep me from losing weight? if it hads sugar
