Hey girls...anyone know of any really good MOTIVATIONAL things i could do to keep my mind on track.....i know what to do,a dn i know how to do it...but for some reason mentally i'm not up for it...especially over the summer, i dont feel like working out and eating healthy, (like i usually would)...so any ideas (no pictures of celebrities, or some piece of clothing i hope to fit in one day...they dotn work for me)

omg i thought u were me for asecond, that sounds JUST like me.. it is too hottogooutside and i dont feel like dieting either when its summer cause everyonesalwayshogging on junk food and good dinnersatmy house, i just tryand stayon track the best i can, ihope u can too

well this isnt really much of a help but normally when i go take a shower i spend time to wash my face infront of the mirror before hand because thats where my face wash is and i see my self and i think i really dont want to be like this forever and then normally i have a good day...well this may or may not help but i hope it does.
