Hey guys..im starting to kinda lose hope on losing weight..ive lost about 17 pounds but i still need to lose about 20 more (at least) and i need some encouragement..here is what i had today :(..Breakfast-Special K cereal. Lunch-Hotdog w/ ketchup, cheese filled pretzel, and a watermelon slushie. Snack-Ice cream sundae w/ nuts and a popcicle. Dinner-I had chinese (Sweet and sour chicken and 2 egg rolls) I also went to the beach and swam for a little bit and probably burned about 100 of the TON of calories i had..plez give me some encouragement!

Try eating frozen yogurt instead or skip the egg rolls and eat other things to fill you like water or fruit :D Hang in there
