For me, it helps when I post what I eat and how much I exercise during the day. B:oatmeal + apple L:shrimp and guacomole on brown rice D: a few ribs, fish, veggies S: big bowl of cherries. Exercise: 15 minutes of walking, 15 minutes of hula hooping. How's everybody else doing? ^.^ Karine ^.^

That's a great idea. I like to do that too. I have an online journal and i post what i eat and if i exercised everyday. :)
