Hey I havent been exersising lateley i ran the other day to mcdonalds with my friends hahaha......and i went swimming today but i wouldnt really count that cause we just mess around not laps yah know?....yeah well can anybody give me some tips for exersisng and eating right please ... i just havent been caring lately and im going to the beach soon and i wanted to lose quite a bit of weight by that time but i dont think its gonna happen. please reply <3.....Chelsea P.S - my birthday is soon

Try doing cruches in your room, or if you have a treadmill to run on that would be great too. Good luck :) And when you start not caring just think about how good youre gonna look after you eat less & exercise more :)

as long as you're moving when you swim and you doing it for a long time it's excercise. it doesn't always have to be laps.
