Hey everyone, I'm Sam. I just started making the nessasary adjustments to my eating/exersizing routine about a week ago and already I'm getting results. I'm down to 259 from 269 just a week ago. My doctor says it's normal to lose a lot of weight like that in the begining because of my weight and activity level. I've been eating cereal at breakfast, a sandwhich or salad for lunch and chicken or fish at dinner. As far as exersizing goes I'm trying to do 2-3 miles a day on the treadmil and some weights to help tone my arms. Lots of water too of course. How is everybody else doing?

Those are good. It's great u like fish lol..I never have.. turkey meat is also good for you. I've been walking around 2miles everyday also..I do it on the track but a threadmill is always better since you're keeping at a constant speed. =) I hope you stick with ur diet- I know its hard! Ive been losing about 2-3lbs a week and it seems endless at times. =) Keep it up!
