The previous post was good advice. Lots of water and no sodas HELP! Cutting back on what you eat and how much you eat, and of course exercise helps also. I watch what I eat and walk or jog at least 2 miles a day. Iches and pounds come off and you feel confident. =) Some weeks you wont lose as much..maybe just 1/2 a pound but thats better than gaining! Always feel proud no matter how little the loss seems.

well most people lose about 2-3 lbs a week. I ddo it by limiting my self to one small serving of junk food a day, loading up on veggies, and drinking lots of water. also i get about an hour of excersice a day/
