OMG i weigh like 165 and ok today is july 3rd i need ta lose 30 lbs by AUGUST 18th because ya kno im goin into 8th grade and i dont want ppl making fun of me and i hate hate hate hate vegetables were gettin an ab lounge chair tho but i dont really kno if that'll work has anyone ever tried it??? also someone pleaseee help me i really wanna lose 30 lbs before school starts again! :-(
Reply from nicole, Age 17 - 07/12/05 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx ok first of all its not about ur weight that dont matter its about how ur body looks ok. heres what i did to loes weight i was 193 now im 140 but im not fat now im really tall and have alot of muscle ok so dont worry about the lbs. i did tae bo it realy works i promise do it every day and cut out pop. pop makes you bigger i also stopped eating lunch. just take my advice its how your body looks ok so dont worry about lbs. i also weight lift evey other day!

Reply from kaitlyn, Age 12 - 07/04/05 - IP#: 69.21.206.xxx dear, you are not fat or anything. im 12 and 215 ibs! it sucks and i am begging my mom to let me surgery. she wont. but to help ur prob., every morning go on a walk about a mile. eat a sorbet with splenda, and even try weihgt watchers if your that desperate it helps
