Happy 4th of July!!! Ok well tonight i am going to a BBQ thingie and there r gonna be ribs and such...i always overeat!! help!! what do i eat before that!!

OMGOSH!! PLEASE EVERYONE LISTEN UP: just because we are TRYING to diet and TRYING to watch what we eat WITH portion CONTROL does NOT mean we have to give up on the love of food!! just eat SMALLER portions, like this okay: instead of eatting 4 ribs, eat 1 or 2, inetead of a big steak eat a hotdog (((((portion control)))) this doesnt mean that urgoin toa bbq uhave to sacrifice everything, JUST EAT LESSER OF UR NORMALAMOUNT AND YOUWILL NOT AT ((((ALL))))) FEEL GUILTY!!!!!!!!!! it works eat the foods you love just in moderation like high sugars really high calories and really really high fats in SMALLERPORTIONS IN MODERATION!!!! okay srry its so long i really just neededto say that , GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pretend your vegetarian for a night. dont eat any meat there. force yourself to think of that poor cow who died for you to eat those ribs. its awful, but it works, it makes the ribs not look so yummy anymore... and tomorrow you can go right back to meateating!

hey there. i used to have that same prob. what i did to fix my prob. was to eat 1 bag of light popcorn ( no extras) and a bottle of water. and keep in mind to not over eat

Just eat healthy food before you go and exercise sometime, and don't worry about it tonight.

have a medium sized salad before you leave with low fat dressing. when you get there, eat some fruits and vegetables. if they have like turkey burgers, have that. You need to eat something, so you can have a burger without a bun and without cheese. press it between napkins to get out the grease. happy 4th of july!
