HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!
hers what i ate so far ((((im counting alll of y calories and eatting healthier food choices as of yesterday))))
BREAKFAST- banana ((( 70 calories )))
LUNCH- lean pocket ((( 280 calories )))
DINNER-
of course i didnt ewat any dinner yet, but am idoing really good so far?

You need to eat more fruits and veggies. Don't just count the calories, if you eat hardly any calories but it's all junk- that's not good for you.
