What's up with my scale/weight? I got on it yesterday morning and it said I was 138 lbs. I was so surprised at this weight that after I ate breakfast I checked it again. Now it said 140 lbs. That would mean I gained 2 pounds from eating a bowl of cereal. That doesn't sound right. So then after I went through the day and ate dinner, I checked again that night. Now it said I was 139 lbs. What's with all the fluctuating? I don't think it's the scale because before I would check my weight I would set a weight on the scale and it was always accurate.

Reply from Fishie, Age 15 - 07/04/05 - IP#: 66.69.219.xxx everything you eat weighs into your body, so the amount of weight you eat adds on to the weight you already are. after the food is digested, however, the weight is broken down and sent out of your body as waste. you should always weigh yourself in the morning, because at night your body has had time to digest the food you ate. dont weigh yourself after meals, youll just weigh more.
