Your posts give an unhealthy example. The last post I read from you said you had only eaten 300 calories today, and that you were gonna exercise off 300 calories. That is not only bad for you, it's a bad example to set for others.

ok, it was breakfast time! 300 calories for BREAKFAST! today in all i've had like 1148. im sorry i wanted to exercise it off. maybe its good for me.

It is NOT good for you to exercise off every last calorie you eat. And even if you ate almost 1200, that is still pretty low, and if you do any kind of exercise (or movement, while you're at it), you should be eating much more. I burn about 300 calories a day through exercise and I eat 2000 calories. And I've lost almost 30 pounds, without restricting myself.

Fishie is right. You don't set a good example by telling people you only had 300 calories per day. That is probably consumed between breakfast and lunch in my day. You need to be careful, you can become anorexic, and/or become ill. It's not good for your body at all if you eat less than 1000 calories.
