yahoo! i lost 7 pounds so far! but i still need to loose 48 lbs. before school cause last year i was the butt end of every joke at school. also next year is the grade eight grad and i dont want rolls hanging out of my dress.

Hey Good job.. keep up the good work... some tips i have to help you is before you eat drink a glass or 2 of water! it helps to fill you up! 2)...eat off a small plate... it helps you think that your eattin a full plate... just don't go up 4 seconds or pile things on.. 3)instead of snackin on things exp. unhealthy things get water drink it..or if u needs something to chew on get a piece of ice.. it will help you to believe that u r eatin when u really arn't something eles i have try'd was popcicles...
--**Make sure u walk,run,swim,play some sports or something don't sit infront of the T.V or computer 24/7!!
--best way to stay active is to take a friend with you! get outside of the house as much as you can! being inside and knowning u can have food is what makes u wanna eat! more!
*also if u really don't like water plain.. try puttin in some energy drink mix or something...like a power-aid, or lemonaid, tea,kool-aid... that has worked 4 me!*
