ok i am like 20 pounds from my goal and i really wanna get there to feel happyeri try to walk at least 5 times a week for 2 miles. and eatting healthy and nothing is happening... i am also doing at least 50 crunchs everyday and my problem is i am flat where my abbs are but right where they stop to my tan line (underwear line) it is like there is a inertube there that sticks out it is crazy soo if you ahve any help PLEASE poast

Samantha...You have to do cardio...Walking doesnt speed up your heart and burn alot of calories...try jogging or doing jumping jacks...AAAANNNDDD dont do crunches everyday...You need to give your muscles time to heal. This makes them stronger. You should only be doing crunches every other day.
